Current contact status
Camtool does not currently operate customer accounts, a contact form, or a public issue intake channel. A dedicated contact channel will be announced here when it is ready.
Until then, do not post transcripts, assignments, participant lists, email addresses, phone numbers, or security-sensitive information in public repositories or external forums.
- Do not share screenshots that contain personal information
- Always redact names, student numbers, and local file paths
- Never post security-sensitive information on a public forum
Future correction requests
When a dedicated channel is ready, corrections to guides can include the document URL and an authoritative reference. Camtool offers general assistance and does not replace requirements from a school, department, journal, or submission recipient.
The accepted scope and retention rules will be published on this page and in the Privacy Policy before the channel opens. Feature suggestions will first be evaluated for one-session usefulness and privacy risk.
